Torn between worlds when picking the right sauce before the dinner is served? Mushroom sauce will help finding the answer!
As I currently have some time, I had been surfing on the internet a few days ago. Attempting to find fresh, interesting tips, inspirational meals that I have never tasted before, to treat my family with. Hunting for quite some time but could not come across lots of interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I discovered this delicious and simple treat simply by chance at Suncakemom. The dessert seemed so mouth-watering on its pic, that required urgent actions.
It had been not so difficult to imagine the way it is made, its taste and how much my hubby might like it. Mind you, it is rather simple to keep happy the guy in terms of puddings. Yes, I am a lucky one. Or perhaps he is.Anyway, I went to the webpage and then used the step by step instuctions that have been combined with great pictures of the process. It really makes life less difficult. I can imagine that it’s a bit of a effort to shoot photos in the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you typically have sticky hands and so i highly appreciate the time and effort she devote to build this post .
With that in mind I’m encouraged presenting my own, personal recipes in the same way. Many thanks for the concept.
I had been tweaking the original formula create it for the taste of my family. Need to tell you that it was an incredible outcome. They loved the flavor, the thickness and enjoyed having a sweet such as this in the middle of a stressful workweek. They quite simply asked for lots more, more and more. So the next time I am not going to make the same miscalculation. I am going to multiply the amount to keep them delighted.
The Mushroom Sauce provided by suncakemom.
Slice mushrooms.
Melt butter in a pan or simply use cooking oil.
Add the mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper.
Stir-fry on high heat (saute) until the mushrooms half in size and get a brown color. (Optional herbs like parsley can be added too.)
Stir in sour cream. Bring it to boil then let it sit a couple of minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
