Keto pizza crust

Although few of us are Italian, giving up pizza when going on a low carb diet is like shattering our soul. Luckily though, in low carb pizza there is hope!

As I currently have some time, I was searching on the web last week. Looking to find new, intriguing thoughts, inspiring recipes that We have never tried before, to astonish my family with. Searching for a while but couldn’t discover lots of interesting things. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I stumbled on this scrumptious and simple treat by chance. The dessert looked so delicious on its photo, it required urgent actions.

It had been easy to imagine just how it’s created, how it tastes and how much boyfriend might like it. Actually, it is extremely simple to impress the man when it comes to cakes. Yes, I’m a lucky one. Or maybe he is.Anyhow, I visited the webpage: Suncakemom and followed the detailed instuctions that were combined with nice photos of the method. It just makes life quite easy. I can suppose it is a bit of a hassle to shoot snap shots in the middle of baking in the kitchen as you typically have sticky hands and so i sincerely appreciate the time and energy she placed in to make this post .

With that in mind I am encouraged presenting my very own dishes similarly. Thanks for the concept.

I was tweaking the initial recipe create it for the taste of my loved ones. I have to mention that it was an incredible success. They prized the flavor, the overall look and loved getting a sweet such as this in the midst of a stressful week. They ultimately demanded even more, a lot more. Thus the next time I am not going to commit the same mistake. I am gonna twin the amount .

Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C.

Measure the mozzarella and the cream cheese into a bowl.

Put them into the microwave until they melt together for about 90 seconds on maximum power. Halfway through take the bowl out and stir them around a bit.(In case of missing microwave warm them over hot water, similarly to chocolate)

While the Cheese melts beat up the eggs quickly.

Mix in the Coconut flour.

Mix the melted cheese in, too. This is going to be a bit tough. As the cheese cools off, it’s going to be even harder. Luckily, we can put the whole thing back to the microwave for a couple of seconds to reheat it if necessary.

Mix until our dough becomes even consistency.

Cut out a pizza size circle shape from parchment paper and put the dough in the middle of the parchment paper.

Place another parchment paper on top. This doesn’t need to be circle shaped.

Spread out the dough to the size of the circle shaped parchment paper.

Take the top parchment paper off.

Correct any mistakes on our future crust.

Place the low-carb pizza dough into a 350°F / 180°C preheated oven for 15 – 25 minutes.
